Production Process
1. Using a high-precision weaving machine, the raw materials of stainless steel wire are woven into stainless steel nets.
2. Cut the stainless steel mesh into rectangular net pieces of the desired filter size.
3. Fine-tune the four sides of the mesh, removing any rough edges.
4. Place the refined mesh onto a fixed mold and use manual arc welding to weld the mesh into a mesh tube.
5. Perform heat treatment on the welds on the net cylinder.
6. Place the heat-treated net tubes into the ultrasonic cleaning tank for cleaning.
